Can't get anyone to call back about a vehicle they've had in for service. Didn't get a call when they needed to extend the time they needed to work on it. Tried to get a loaner, twice - both times no one ever followed up, even after leaving messages. No one returns calls when messages are left. At pick up they were extremely rude, and it wasn't an overall great experience. I understand you're busy, but a little communication goes a long way.

Leased a new truck, one of my key fobs did not work from day one. I was hoping it was a quick fix. I made the mistake of driving there to get it fixed. I was advised that I needed to make an appointment and drop my vehicle off for an entire day to get it programmed. They did not offer a loaner vehicle. This was my first lease from this dealership, I’m second guessing my choice. Sales Department was 5 stars, not so much on the service end. I was also told that the service manager Dillon would contact me, he never did 🤷🏼‍♂️

Disappointing Experience with Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Westland Service Department I purchased my 2018 Yukon from this dealer and bought extended warranty in 2021 first of all this car been issue after issue from this dealer anyway I’ve taking this car there since . On April 30-2024 I dropped the car for a A/C repair and tire pressure censure which I took it for that back in October 2023. The lady that was working with me name Alyssa was extremely rude and unprofessional they sent me a link on Friday around 3:00pm with 11 different things and over $4000 worth of repairs which they never done that while my warranty was effective I declined all of those repairs and they tell me at this point my warranty is expired and I have to pay them just for the Ac $1375 without the tire pressure censoring I asked if I could just take it out they said I still had to pay them $400 for the diagnostic. So I decided to just go ahead fix the Ac and pay them that $1500 and the manager Jordon promised that I’ll have my car Monday. Monday come and the lady called and saying that bad news that they can’t fix the Ac unless the break something and there for I have to pay more money I was very upset at this point so she said she’ll have the manger call me the next day Tuesday may 7 -2024 Jordon called and was very stiff with me and explained that they will need $3300 to fix my ac because they can’t get to a part to replace unless they break and replace whatever they need to damage in order for them to repair the ac at this point break down I told him there is no way I can pay that much . So I asked if they could at least wave one of the diagnostics fee since they can’t honor the argument of the 1375 he refused and ended the conversation by telling me that I can come get my car and pay them the 400 for the ac and tire pressure censors and he said will call me back for me to come get the car as of today Tuesday it’s 11:00 pm they still never called for me to go get my car . Overall, my experience with Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Westland Service Department was nothing short of a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy car repairs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reputable auto repair service that values its customers and takes pride in its work.
