I love Monroe. Great customer service. Honest, good prices, great deals..honest mechanics. Chris, the manager is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable about vehicles, never trying to rip you off or up sale you on stuff you don't need. Honest, up front, great prices, quality work. Highly recommend

Service is very bad bought tires now my tire sensor is on they said come back in. Took car back in waited half an hour they said that there tire sensor tool is not charged so I went in for nothing .needed other repairs did not give me estimate on all repairs. I will never go to this shop again went to different tire stores they found the problem in 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and make false promises. Went to other repair shop ( belle tire) fixed problem was in and out in less than 30 minutes I would recommend never give these people your money they are the worst .

I’ve been going to this place for years, but not after today! As soon as I walked in the door I greeted the gentleman behind the counter with “how are you guys doing” neither one of them acknowledged me and one said “what can I do for you” so I said again “how are you doing” The gentleman answered and I told him I was there for an oil change. He asked me if I’m driving a hertz rental? Very odd thing to ask. I was inquiring about a Groupon and he was rude and telling me just to keep reading about it. Not to mention it’s 96$ for an oil change there which I was going to pay, but after the rude gentleman behind the counter not acknowledging me when i walked in, assuming I’m driving a rental and telling me just to read. Nope! I will not be going back to this place again. I went down the street and paid $46 to the very polite guys that were more than happy to help me, and not assume or be rude.

So, I made my appointment online for a very simple oil change with a groupon deal coupon. I received a call from the mechanic at auto shop to confirm my needs. He oddly forgot to ask me my made/model of my car and he didn't mention that he leaves at four. My appointment was for 330pm. How long does a basic oil change take right? Well, I don't know...but, when I arrived he ran out to my car and told me I had one person ahead of me. Then, he ran back out and ask me to park at Bay #2 and come inside. Once inside he took all my information and keys. His helper pulled my car in and put it on the lift and ran inside and told him he had to leave at 4pm and therefore could not do the job until tommorrow morning. So, he made an excuse that he did not have the right oil filter for my car and he could order it and put it on my car tommorrow. Well, of course that wasn't going to work after wasting 45 mins. Anyway, the customer service was horrible. He could have checked for the oil filter when he called me to confirm my appointment instead he let me drive over. Also, he could of called another location to check. He did neither. Will never go there again. So, I called the customer service number for Groupon and she called another location to check for parts and to make sure my groupon is honored. She did apologize for the inconvience and I had to drive over to the next nearest location to get the oil change done. So, I get there and the rep expresses to me that it will be an additional charge along with the groupon I purchased, because my car filter wasn't universal. So, my groupon was $31.99 and he charged me an additional $16.45. A scam. Then, his helper put my car on the lift and it sat in the garage for 1.5 hours. How long does a oil change take, Right? My last oil change was 10 under 20 minutes tops! Not even exaggerating! Will never go back there either and for futher references you may wanna call ahead of going to check on the oil filter stock. Litetally, altogether a 2.5 hour oil change is so ridicious. Just glad its over. To be honest after the rum around with the first location, the second place didn't have a chance with me. Not, so much anything they did it was just by that time I was done with Monro.
