Brought my car in here because they were under my warranty. The job they did was fantastic. It did take a bit to get all the work done, but even as frustrating as it was I also understand that the best shops are the busiest, especially if they are a warranty shop. Abe was great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. Outside of the length of time it took this shop was great, and somewhere I’d definitely return too.

I usually don't write against any business. I am very sympathetic towards the businesses. But this time I have to speak and write. I brought a car with one problem but never to get it fix properly. For the same problem, suppose to get it fix for $500 to 600 but end up paying $1500. There was no issue with battery, now I have to get another battery. There was no issue with park light, they were suppose fix, never fixed it. Owner said, he fixed it and checked but they never did. They said they have charged the battery overnight but gets drained next day. I never had this problem when I brought to the store. Also they were suppose show me the part they had replaced but both the time, they did not show me anything. Owner seems like he care, but in reality I felt being dishonest. I would not recommend this place as choice provider. Don't waste your money with this place. I hate to even select a Star.

I spent almost 3k with them. I am now never going back. They gave in wrong estimate of 1700. Lucky I took second opinion at dealership. Dealership fix the car for $130.00. I called pioneer and sent them the dealership invoice. They started ignoring me. I sent them email as they requested and called multiple for refund for wrong diagnostic. No answer. They just lost a good customer. I will suggest you all to be careful. Groupon customers- be careful. Don’t buy their Groupon. They do not respect their deals. When you go to them after buying Groupon they will suggest to apply that Groupon to some other work. I am done with this place.

Bad experience (Second time) (I bought a coupon) This time he said i paid for the parts (brake pads) but no labor and wanted charges me $150 extras when i paid for brake replacement , no single parts. Fist time i went for same reason Brake Replacement because i used to heard the squealing noise coming from brake every time i pulled up and He said the squealing noise came from the Transmission (No make sense, What I did was use my warranty at the dealer and they told me it was perfect) I do not recommend this place.
