Took in a mower battery I bought last year, and the guy straight up told me it was "nearing 8 years old" and called it a "bad core"—refused to test or charge it. There was no leaking, swelling, or any visible damage. The battery just sat over the winter, which is totally normal for mowers. Feels like he just didn’t want to deal with it. Super lazy.

I dont know what this means but open business hours shouldnt mean i gotta go somewhere else cause you are having human resource issues. If a guy can answer the phones then the doors should be open. The gentleman said hed open back up in 30 minutes....its almost 8pm after a full day of work i don't need to wait 30mins i need yall to be open when you say you are open.
