This is hands down the BEST shop in the Upstate! We've had several vehicles over 15 years needing various repairs and of course regular maintenance, not to mention all the tire needs! Joey and his team are so professional, always kind and honest. They tell you exactly what's going on and get to it as fast as they can. We wouldn't trust our vehicles with anyone else.

I've given this place many chances but every time they don't really fix the problem, take no accountability, offer no remedy, and have broken a number of things when carrying out their "repairs." Maybe the owner used to be a great mechanic, but his technicians are subpar and he refuses to acknowledge their mistakes nor make it right.

I had a traumatic experience at this location in front of my children. My mistake was moving my car into an empty space because I needed to ask a question. The owner came out of the office to yell aggressively at me to get out of the way. I went back into the office to apologize and he continued to yell at me. I will never go back there in my life and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. My children were in shock.

Just wanted to share to the area what we experienced today at Tires Unlimited on Wade Hampton! Let me start with, yes my husband was a dummy to leave valuables in his truck. Please FORWARD AND SHARE this post as this was clearly done by an employee at Tires Unlimited. We dropped my husbands truck off last night before the shop closed. Truck was locked. We handed the key over and asked if they wanted us to unload the tires so they wouldn’t be left in the bed of the truck over night. Front desk (failed to get his name) said no we’ll back it into the shop. After calling to confirm it was finished we pulled into the parking lot and his truck was no where in sight. After paying he was told “I think it’s up around the corner on the hill behind the big bus.” All 4 doors were unlocked, and the inside of his truck was a mess! The center console was flipped backwards and was open. Majority of the contents from the center console were littered throughout the truck. The location of the truck was off of the property on the side ride and parked between two church style buses. The buses were parked so tight to the truck that clearly it was parked there intentionally. On the passenger side there just so happened to be a privacy fence that was 3 feet away from the truck. So a wide bus in front and behind the truck to block the view and a privacy fence on the passenger side to conceal that vantage point as well. The exact reason all 4 doors were unlocked was so someone could easily avoid being caught on camera. All that was left was the key -2003 so no key fob, so the doors were intentionally unlocked to have all 4 unless the technician opened all doors from inside. My husband went back in to confront the clerk about the situation. He asked the clerk if it was common courtesy to lock customers vehicles once they’ve finished their work and parked around the corner because someone has clearly gone through my truck and stole multiple things. His response was no we don’t have any issues with people stealing in this area. My husband followed up even when you park it off your property on a public road between two buses? The clerk responded with yes we don’t have an issue with people stealing. All the cars on my lot currently have the keys inside of them and are unlocked. At that time my husband didn’t think to bring up that there were at least 10 keys on the counter ready for customer pick up and two peg boards behind the clerk full of keys. The clerk then said well maybe it happened last night and my husband responded with no it didn’t I locked my truck before coming inside. My husband made the statement of I assume you don’t have cameras around your building? My husband knew there were cameras all around building and the clerk said unfortunately no we don’t have any cameras! Coincidentally as soon my husband got in the truck and fired it up the bus in front of him was moved out of the way. Do not trust these people with any valuables being left your vehicle. Once again my husband could have avoided this by taking his valuables out of the truck before leaving it with them. Whether it’s one of their mechanics or the entire group this was clearly a set up to make it seem like a passerby broke in the truck and just so happens the cameras wouldn’t have been able to capture anything because of the buses and privacy fence. As of right now we know the following was stolen: Stihl MS-180 16 bar chainsaw Dewalt 20v Drill with 5amp battery Dewalt 100pc bit set A custom hand forged knife from Thornton blades A “tactical” shoulder bag that had our daughters spare clothes etc. ANNNND YES, we’re filing a police report too!
