I always shop at O'Reilly, but this will be the last time. Husband and I went in to purchase front and rear brakes for my car. Ordered them which is no worry, but right as the transaction was completed, Tony, the guy waiting on us started with his political views, no problem if he hadn't got a bad attitude about it. He was very disrespectful and I was a bit surprised by it because of his age. My husband and I are older. Needs to keep his personal stuff at home or O'Reilly here in the South may have to start closing down like their competitors. I will shop at Midway Auto Parts from now on. I worked for all 3 auto part stores I did enjoy my many years with O'Reilly the most. Seems as they will hire just anyone these days. I was taught to treat everyone with respect and be knowledgeable about was we sell. I got non of that from this guy. Very disappointed shopper

I woke up to a dead battery, and after getting it jumped, I headed to get a new one. I chose O'Reilly because they had better reviews than their nearby competitors. I arrived around 730, and it took a few minutes before someone came out from the back to assist me. Tony, the manager, helped me out and ran diagnostics on my car to check the battery. It turned out I didn't need a new battery, thank you!! I'll choose O'Reilly when I do need one though due to their helpfullness. Thank you!

The worse O'Reilly's I have ever been to they give u a hard time and that one old white lady has to be racist but guess what we went to a different O'Reilly's and long story short we got a brand new starter lol but after this yea I'll never deal with a O'Reilly's if they have people like this that work for them

The people were more interested in everything else it seemed, than helping me! Until I ask, and then after I found where what I needed was I had to get it by myself off the top shelf, while the guys stood around & sang & walked in the back, or was more concerned with an employee that there must have been something going on with or something, because that was the subject of conversation part of the time. NOT very impressive, especially when I COULD have went to Advance next door, and will next time!

I used to go there alot. Now, I think twice. I went to Autozone next door and somebody said "hello". "Thanks for shopping with us!" When employees could care less about my business, I take it next door!
