UPDATE: Do not take your car here as long as Frances works here. Greg is super nice and very fair. He gave me a quote of $192 to fix a scratch from a shopping cart. I dropped my car off with Frances and evidently she thought that wasn't enough money. Next thing you know, it was going to cost $344 to fix a scratch (no dent). No thank you. As long as Frances works here I will not bring them anymore business or recommend them to people I know. It's a dang shame because everyone else there is very nice and fair. Thank you for doing a great job on my car! Darrell F. did excellent work, and Evan P. gave me a good price. Everybody there is very friendly.

Worst bodywork I have ever seen. See attached pinholes, lack of blended scratches, and all around lack of care. Left fine line tape on the vehicle and overspray on the wheels and opposite color of the two tone. Zero quality control...

Our 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring is still a great vehicle, but it was looking pretty sad from 10 years of oxidation and highway road rash, especially on the hood and roof. We wanted to make it look fresh again, without spending a ton of cash. I decided to visit Maaco of Greer, and I'm so glad that I did. I first met with Sarah, who carefully went over my van with me, explaining my options. She gave me a very clear quote, including the timeline for the job. On the day of my appointment, I brought it into the shop and met Evan, a very sharp young man with a straight forward approach, which I appreciate. We reviewed my estimate and confirmed the timeline. I was able to pick my Odyssey up today, as promised, and was very pleased with the work. The quote was right on the money and the customer service is definitely 5 Star. I am very happy to recommend Sarah, Evan, and the whole team at Maaco of Greer.

About 2 years ago I took my Toyota tundra to Maaco in Greer for some minor body work and a paint job. I was pleased with their work for the price I paid. About a month ago I noticed a spot on the roof where the paint was coming off. I took it back to Marco in Greer, they looked at it and told me it was covered under warranty. We scheduled and appointment and they took care of the issue and repainted the entire roof. Thank you Marco in Greer.

Wanted to leave a honest review. Bianca and Travis were whom I dealt with the most. As for in person customer service it was exceptional no complaints there. My chief concerns were after I dropped off the car and the finished product that left my experience mediocre. My car was egged which ruined the paint my insurance had MAACO on their list so I went after another company wanted to quote me double the price of MAACO. I dropped off on a Wednesday Travis explained to me that my whole car would be repainted and told me my car would be ready the following Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday I was expecting a call for an update as the day progressed no call so I called before they closed. They said it wasn’t ready but it could go either way Wednesday or Thursday. I waited all day Wednesday no call, so again I called they said they would call me Thursday morning and let me know if it would be ready. Thursday morning came no call. What I’m trying to convey is they at no point in the 8 days they had my car did they call to give me an update which is just bad customer service. When you pick up your car they make you sign a statement that states “Customer understands some overspray may occur” and after inspecting I was shocked at the amount. So get ready to have overspray all on your trim, lights, mirrors and run down paint on your trunk and hood. The paint job itself is not bad but they billed the insurance $3700 so for that price I would expect a better job overall and not without my car for 8 days. Just know what you are getting into the photos tell the story.

Took my truck in for an estimate. Gave me a great price. I got the midgrade paint with some minor body repair. I got it back in three days, and they did a great job. Paint job looks like it should.
