Tire Discounters

In the last week I went to Tire Discounters for 4 new tires and an oil change on my daughter's car. Can't say enough great things about the experience. Service was impeccable. Tires are great. Really gave us piece of mind. Free alignment and lifetime rotation is a great deal. Even got a free oil change. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I ask lots of questions and they are very knowledgeable and walk through it all very patiently...Thanks. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend them for your tire and service needs

I got a flat on my way to work at 7 a.m. but was able to drive my vehicle the short distance into the Tire Discounters in Reynoldsburg. When Tim arrived he spoke with me even though they technically weren't open yet. He was kind, understanding, personable and professional. My car was ready within the hour! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this TD location as they go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you so much! You are appreciated.

I went to Tire Discounters to have my tire replaced because I ran over a nail. I have a warranty and it’s a waste of money because it doesn’t cover anything I still had to come out of my pocket and pay for installation. I asked them to check all of my tires because I saw something in another tire that looked like a nail. They said that they checked my tires and they didn’t see anything. One week later my tire pressure monitor light came on for the tire I saw the nail in a week ago. I go back to Tire Discounters and they said that they can’t fix it and I have to drop off my car. I told them I will go to another tire shop. They lied to me last week instead of fixing my tire when I told them I saw the nail in the second tire. They have horrible customer service and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I had come in for 4 tires to be replaced and they did my alignment. Everything was great. Tim was absolutely wonderful. Well, less than two hours after leaving I ran over a screw and blew one of my brand new tires. I unfortunately opted out of the tire warranty so their hands were tied as far a replacing for free. However, they rush ordered a replacement and figured out how to do it at the cheapest cost they could. For that, I’m extremely grateful. It’s truly a great group of guys in here that will do what they can to help you and make you have a great experience. Highly recommend coming here!

This review is overdue. Had to get a new tire several weeks ago. James Shelton was awesome - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He was able to work me into the schedule even though they were packed that day. Appreciate James - great person, great asset to the company!

James is amazing! His customer service is amazing! He makes sure to actually explain to me why things need to be changed instead of just telling me it does. I’ve learned quite a bit about brakes, lol. The team seems to work together very well. They were even helpful in explaining things to me also. I would recommend them for all your tire changes, brake changes, and oil changes. They are amazing. Also, their bathroom was clean and didn’t smell awful.

Lillian M I had a great experience at the Reynoldsburg location! John was incredibly helpful and worked with me on the cost of getting my brake pads and rotors replaced. He brought the price down from $477 to $420, which made a big difference for me. Really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help—definitely recommend this location!

Tire Discounters in Reynoldsburg are top notch! My daughter's car had OEM tires with 50k miles, one of which had gone bad, and these guys gave her solid advice on a few tires that would work for her in different price ranges. Then they installed a new set, all within about 3 hours. She was in a bind, but they treated her well and she was on the road quickly.
