Very pleased with the team at Caliber. They kept me informed, did quality work, and were easy to work with. They even gave me a part number for an obscure piece I needed unrelated to the repair work. Would definitely recommend or use them again in the future.

Kiddo crunched my car, necessitating some rebuilding. A few parts needed to complete the repair were on backorder/ unavailable, but Pat communicated regularly with updates so I would know what was going on. They also worked with my insurance company to get extensions approved for my rental vehicle, which was HUGE for me. I really don't know what I would have done otherwise. Great work overall, my car looks great and runs great, and everyone there was super friendly. Thank you all!

The receptionists are amazing, friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. It's the sole reason I chose to bring my car here. They provide text updates along the way. However, most are generic, so I'm not sure why they are sent. I personally didn't like my service manager. It took over a month for my car to get fixed, and it wasn't correct the first time. Take pictures before you leave your car!! I probably wouldn't go back.
