The shop is amazing with great people and owner very kind and knowledgeable people, i appreciate the quick fix and good customer service. This is where trucker’s belong to come and it’s worth every penny you spend on the service they give. 10/10

Unprofessional people , they wanted to park my trailer tires in top of a sewer hole to avoid jacking up the trailer ,he said to make their job easier, I said it’s not save , and the skinny African American told me not to tell him how to do his job , bad attitude, no respect for customers and lack of tire service knowledge , good luck people…!

We requested a roadside service from JDS Commercial Tires to replace a steer tire on our semi-truck. Unfortunately, after just 340 miles, the newly installed tire blew out again, causing damage to the rim as well. When I reached out to JDS Commercial Tires to discuss the issue, they refused to negotiate and insisted that we return the damaged tire from PA to OH for reimbursement, which is highly impractical. Their customer service was extremely unprofessional, and the representative displayed a poor attitude throughout the conversation. He tried to blame the issue on the truck itself, which makes no sense—if that were the case, the passenger-side tire would have also been affected. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. Based on this interaction, I would strongly advise against working with JDS Commercial Tires. Their lack of accountability and dismissive approach to customer concerns make them an unreliable choice for any professional fleet.

This place gets the two H's, humble and helpful. The owner Alan knows a lot about trucking so it made for easy conversation while the work was getting done, quickly. He asked what we needed and that's what we got. Plain and simple. I highly recommend them.
