Recently I had my vehicle serviced at KT Automotive and again problem fixed. I have been going here for 10 years with other vehicles as well. My experience at KT Automotive has always been good and I will continue to have them service my vehicles from oil changes to major repair they have got it done right for me. RC

Go anywhere else- save your money. Took my car in for what I thought were bad struts, just to have KT keep my car for 2 days and "accidentally" double charge me not once but twice. They did not fix the problem with my car. Nearly $400 in total "accidental" charges. Went to go do the refund and they "accidentally" charged me instead. Took my car elsewhere for repair and they immediately saw the issue with my struts that were untouched by KT.

Don't ever take your car to this place KT automotive . Took my brakes to get done and they claimed they changed my brakes and rotors. After getting the car back my brakes were shaking terribly and this wasn't the case before I took my car to them. I reported the issue to them and they took my car back in for further inspection and said they experienced no shaking. Well my car was still shaking whole braking. Took my car to a different place and they showed me how this place never cleaned the rust or put grease on my brakes. Now that I went to another shop they cleaned everything and no more shaking. I paid $775 to get brakes fixed from KT. Don't EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY

The shop was recommended by a longtime coworker as being fair, reasonably priced, and reliable work. I can confirm that, had a very good experience. Check engine light came on in my car unexpectedly right before Easter weekend so I scheduled drop off with the shop for the following week. Mary at front desk was really friendly, helpful, and efficient. They called me that same morning with diagnosis of the problem and a fair quote on parts/labor. My car was ready the following morning; payment and pickup process was quick and simple as well. Engine light is gone now and it drives perfectly normal again. Will definitely return for future work and will highly recommend the shop to others!

Not A Good Person To Say It Lightly Took My Truck Back To Him Because Check Engine Light Came On After I Had Him Put A Replacement Engine In The Truck...He Made It Seem Like It Was My Fault Oil Drip No Way ...A Sensor Was Why The Check Engine Was On( Auto Zone) I Tell KT....He Calls Me 3 Days Later To Say...No It's No Your Engine Sensor It's Your Manifold (could be) But While He Has The Truck For 7 Days My Front Is Damaged I Didn't Notice It When Picked It Up...I Got Off Work At 7am This Morning Decided To Wash The Truck Is When I See The Damaged Front Bumper...When Straight To KT.Automotive Hoping To Get Some Answers...First Thing Come Out His Mouth Is They Didn't Do...Which Is A Balled Face LIE...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A LIER
