Great location. Nothing but friendly staff and great service. I called for a new set of tires at 10am today, dropped the car off at 10:30am, and they had the tires ordered, delivered, mounted, balanced, and installed plus an alignment ready to pick up before 2pm. This has been my go-to location for a few years and I won’t take my business anywhere else! Thank you S Hamilton Rd. Tire Discounters!

Carrie was absolutely amazing…took care of all my needs and without any complication or hesitation. Had went to multiple other shops and was getting a run around. Contacted Carrie and she got it done immediately. Will come here for all my work as long as she is here.

Originally went to Walmart (my first mistake) to get my spare tire off and replaced but they broke the lug nut so I was stuck with the spare on it. Made a quick trip over here and they got it all taken care of very quickly. Will be going here in the future.

Great place, we know how pricy fixing ur car can get, I like tire discounters, here I know the work will be done right. I have had many cars serviced here and knock on wood had no issues after plus they are friendly and direct, great place to take ur vehicle!!!

The manager, Nate, was professional and polite. The shop was clean and the mechanics were busy and courteous. My car rides much smoother.

Nate and his crew go above and beyond! Got my car aligned back in November 2024, I was notified that the camber was not adjustable in the front or back for my model of car. I was not pleased with the camber readings I was getting on the rear (inner tire wear on rear tires). I went and replaced the factory control arms with a pair of after market adjustable arms. brought it back to have it realigned. The guys were having difficulties loosening the adjusting nuts on the new arms so Nate went out and gave them a hand. After about 20 minutes, they got them loose and were able to align the vehicle with in the manufactures specifications. I am very pleased with Nate and his crew on the manner that they made sure my car was safe and reliable. Thanks Guys and I'll be back, and with some new customers too.

I made an appointment to rotate amd balance my tires purchased at this location. I was told at the time, it would one hour. Brought the car in the next day at 9 am. Nate, the manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable of their service and products. Took my information and let him know i was waiting. At 10am my car was still parked where i left it. Decided to leave and run errands. By 11am i was called and told the car was ready. Nate was apologetic but the car was ready. I will still none the less recommend this location because of Nate's leadership and leadership skills.

On feb 15 / 2025 I took my car here at 11:46 am to get my tired fixed because it was leaking air got it fixed and everything not even 3 days pass by and the next thing you notice in the morning when I go to work is my flat tire that had just gotten repaired 😂 which is crazy because it was supposed to be patched i got told by the employee that it had a nail in it which is a lie because i went to another tire shop and got my tire fix since yall close really early by the way great costumer service they showed me the tire from the inside and saw no patch on the tire turns out they just putted silicon on the outside trim for what reason idk but heres the crazy part I got charged 84.00 dollars 😂 to get a flat tire fixed crazy right not only that I went yesterday to see if they where still able to fix it i got there at 6 and asked if they could repair it quick and the counter guy told me to come next day and that it was gonna be an extra fee never coming here again thanks alot
