Inpatient staff member will not let me look at the battery cables, even though it’s easy to put it back in the package. Got the parts next door O’Reillys they were patient with me, professional and curious to let me look and fill the cables

Spend a ton of $!!! Get a bottle of trans fluid on clearance for 2.50$.... rang up 0.05$ the counter guy throws it in the trash says sorry if a item rings up 0.05 I need to throw it away! Wouldn't change to sticker $ or try to do anything. Asked if I could get it out the trash because I need it & he said no that would get him in trouble to! I'll never shop at this location again. Atleast offer a replacement before throwing my item away.

This is the second time I had a bad experience. It like they don’t feel like working in this place. I went in there to see if I can return my spark plugs that I did not need anymore. I had to take my car into a shop to get the starter replaced. So decided to return the spark plugs or exchange it for something else I need but no I had to exchange it for another spark plugs after I told him that it is brand new never been open. I bought on Monday and Thursday I am returning it. I just left the spark plugs there I didn’t want to deal with them. I had a hard time trying to buy the spark plugs in the first place. Should’ve know it was bad Karma. I am never going to back to that place again and I suggest that everyone should not go there either cause customers service is horrible.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Horrible service. First off the lady was too lazy to get up and help. I could not see her when I walked in because she was sitting down. Then I was trying to explain to her that I just needed a battery and I wanted to know if there was a warranty left. She was too slow to understand what I was saying and the whole time just getting smart. Then told me she could sell me a battery but they couldn’t install it I would have to figure that out. Even though the sign on the door said free installation. So I went to where I always go Auto Zone and had amazing service as always. I bought the battery and had it installed within 30! I love Auto Zone! Go there instead! Never have problems there!

One of the morning shift lady usually has an attitude doing her job and also doesn't know how to use commercial/discounted accounts although many other locations do. She states we don't do discounted accounts. When you work for a mechanic shop you are given all the info needed to use this benefit at any auto advanced store. Get her educated please 🙏
