Look I bought my truck from them probably right at six years ago. I’ve never had a bad experience with him. They keep my truck oil changed and the tires changed or rotated or whatever maintenance needs to be done. One time I had a warranty I had to have the sunroof replaced And even that that because I bought the external warranty was covered absolutely nothing I wouldn’t do for this truck this truck has been to go to the truck of my life

Ricart came through in the clutch on a Saturday evening. My F-350 was not starting and I was 5hrs from Columbus, on top of a mountain in WV. Robert came down and started working on the truck @ 7pm in the 20-degree weather. We had to drive around WV to find the parts, but the job was done by 12:30 at night. It was epic. Much love to the entire Ricart Business Fleet crew. ✊

Not an earth shattering reason for my visit - a standard oil servicing. I apparently picked a “peak” day as my appointment was at 8:00am and got the text that the truck was ready about 3:30pm … fortunately, I live very close by and was able to walk from/to for drop off and pick up. Service was good, everything was explained prior and after the service. Price was decent. All in all, yes, I will continue to use Ricart and would recommend them.

My service rep was very nice and thorough. The only recommendation I would give is for them to be honest and tell you. “ Hey your cost for fixing your car is $3800 and there is another almost $3000 for other repairs. Your car is a 2013 with over 220000 miles. It would probably be more beneficial for you to put that money towards a new car. “. I was needing a car so I was thinking about anything other than getting my vehicle back. I wish these service tech would think of what would be best.

I believe that the service tech and the people in the office went above and beyond to fix my truck. They even reached out and found a warranty that I didn't know that covered my repair. They did as Speedy a repair As possible. And we're so kind and courteous every time they reached out and had a conversation with me. Even when I bought the truck in and pick the truck up I got greeted with a smile and friendly conversation.

They were super quick to help and go through everything with ease. Beautiful detailing done. It looks brand new! Joddy was super helpful and a great guy to work with as well as his manager! Would definitely come back again.

The Ricart Ford service team is top notch. From beginning to end of my vehicles service process they always show detailed attention and clear communication. I have 70,000 miles on my 2016 F150, they do all the maintenance and I highly recommend them.

Brought my car in for a repair of an issue that had been patched before. I knew the patch was simply buying me time. The technician did a safety inspection and noticed a pretty big issue that needed repaired. As well as recommended maintenance for the age of my vehicle. Also acknowledged an issue I had suspected was the cause of some poor experiences while driving and found the root cause. The technician was able to get all the repairs done that day and I was back on the road. The car is driving better than when I bought it 12 years ago. The price may have been higher than I would’ve liked - but feeling like I’m driving a brand new car may be worth it.

I had 2 major items that needed to be performed on my 2013 F150 4x4 transmission not shifting properly and oil pan leak. The team did a full inspection of the truck, sent me a video and described all items checked. This was very professional and impressive. They sent me a detailed list with pricing via text message and email where I could choose any other items that needed to be performed. I chose the services I needed with no hassle from the service team. They completed all requested items and price was spot on. Workmanship and speed of service was excellent. If I need any future work, this is my Ford Dealership of choice for the Columbus Lancaster Ohio area.
