Confusing and zero help from employees. After driving around for 15 minutes I found a waiting room with no attendant. Waited roughly 15 minutes and went to another dealer for my oil change. They only seem concerned about their efficiency not the customers.

Must of had the "A" squad working today. The gentleman that checked me in did great. It doesn't matter how many times I give them my phone number, they still only call my wife's phone. Went to pickup the car and they brought it into the bay for me and it had been washed, normally they state they are too busy so this was a nice surprise. The cost was within expectations so no surprises there. They showed different tire numbers this time (my little check to see if they actually pay attention since not all of the tires are the same age). Three days later the oil change notice went off in the car, they always forget to reset that so it's a slight pain in the rear but I've done it myself after each visit anyway. If the "A" squad is working, you definitely get better service!

Had a screw in my tire that was leaking bad. They got my car in and out in under 30min. Great service and friendly people.

I went in today at 2:02 pm to get an oil change and new tires for a fleet vehicle. Typically, fleet does take a little extra time due to the approval process, however I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was told multiple times that they were still trying to communicate with fleet and get approval. About 3 hours in I called my fleet and they informed me that they had approved the tire and oil change a while back. Therefore, I am unsure why I had been waiting so long. After 3.5 agonizing hours of waiting for new tires and an oil change I was told they only completed the oil change due to fleet not approving the tire change. I contacted my fleet program and they verified that they did approve for the tires to be changed. When I informed the employee she went back to “double check” and then told me that they did not have the proper tires to complete the job. My entire wait was a complete waste of my time and I felt very unappreciated and uninformed throughout the process. I will not be returning.

This was one of the most disappointing and frankly insulting service experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I brought in my Ford Gold Certified vehicle—purchased just four months ago from another Ford dealer—for warranty work. I was told, very clearly, that everything would be covered, except for a $100 key cut (for a key i got from my old dealership) and a $150 brake flush they strongly recommended. I agreed, trusting their word. That was a mistake. While the gear shifter replacement was legitimately needed and was supposed to be handled under warranty, the rest of the experience was a mess. I left the vehicle overnight to make pickup quick and simple. Instead, I was blindsided the next morning with a $1,100 bill, including a $100 warranty charge that was never disclosed. That's not a miscommunication-it's deliberate omission. To make matters worse, I later confirmed the brake flush was completely unnecessary-the vehicle hadn't been driven much over three months. Clearly, that recommendation was made with profit in mind, not the customer's best interest. And what should've been a straightforward pickup turned into me sitting in their lobby for three hours while they tried to explain charges that should've never existed in the first place. I left at 11 AM, after wasting my time and paying $350 out of pocket for services I didn't need or wasn't disclosed about. This isn't just poor service-it's dishonest. It's predatory. And it's exactly why people stop trusting dealership service centers. I will not be returning, and I'll make sure others know what to expect before they do.
