This store meets every expectation you’d have and more; I had been having issues with wobbling on the highway and took my car to many different shops trying to find the issue. After a lot of dead ends I decided to get new tires and wheels at another store to hopefully solve the issue. I brought my car here after the issue had not been solved and not only did they quickly find that my rear subframe was terribly rusted, but they worked endlessly to locate a part available for my car which had been discontinued. By the time my car got fixed it was already well past the expiration for my vouchers and yet the manager, Bill, agreed to honor them due to not being able to use them prior. I cannot brag on this store enough, they have amazing customer service and do very honest work. I only had the pleasure of talking to Bill and Caleb personally, who were both such a big help through this whole ordeal, but from the few moments I got with the other crew I can tell you all these people are amazing and incredibly friendly. They will forever be my first pick!

The team at the Sawmill Road TD store is top notch. I had a situation with my grandson's car. A few lug nuts came loose by us not tightening them properly at home. I was able to get it to Charlie and William on the Thanksgiving day weekend. They squeezed it into a solid packed schedule and corrected our situation within a few hours. They are always super helpful and they are great to work with. Our family always chooses them when we need tires and other services. Grateful in Powell.

This is the second time I have come to this location for a tire, both times they got me in quick, advised me on the best deals, also when I came in with my daughter they let me know there was a coloring station for her. Which was a life saver. Bill did a great job and a I can’t say enough good things. Took a very stressful situation for me and made it a lot better. Thank you again!

Very pleased with the tires purchased from Tire Discounters, but even more impressed with the very high level of service & professionalism shown by Bill Sicke (Mgr.) and his staff. Same is true for follow up from Regional Manager Steve Shaw. All in all, quite an impressive group and fully customer focused.

Excellent customer service! Caleb was able to quickly fix my tire and get me on my way!! I will happily come back here when I need a new set or need another tire fixed! Highly recommend!!!

Terrible experience. We have serviced and have purchased tires for all 4 of our cars for years. Every time they try to tell me I need new tires. This time was my worst experience yet. Incompetent and lies. They prey upon peoples ignorance. The attendant would not even look me in the eye when I picked up my car. Will not return ever again.

The absolutely worst tire experience of my life, would not recommend this place to anyone. Replaced 4 of my tires, got the next day to change lug nuts on the wheels and come to find they have over torqued my nuts by over 100 lbs and even with a breaker bar and extender I could not get them to come loose. When I showed back up to the shop and asked them what happened they blew me off like a joke. Ended up having to have all my lugs replaced by the manufacturer and will never ever ever let them touch a car i own again. The manager took no responsibility for anythjng and basically said “it wasn’t his problem”. Caleb told me I was crazy and they definitely were not over torqued. When I showed him I couldn’t even budge them with a breaker bar and me standing on the end of it he said nothing back and just gave me a stupid look. Absolute joke of a shop. Also the way they treat the only female employee there was disgusting. Xavier the shop employee literally walked by and threw paper work in her face and said nothing and just kept walking. Who shop is a clown show

The service at Tire Discounters is top notch. Same week appointment. And the repair took under an hour for a new wheel stud and lug nut. I’m extremely happy that I came here.
