Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They are very nice, professional, fast and ver very good job. The first time i come here for oil change and like it a lot. Thanks you all, Angelo, Preston and Caleb, great team. You guys are awesome.

Angelo and team at the Powell location behind Culvers is excellent! I had a horrible experience a couple years ago at the Sawmill location, involved Valvoline replacing my engine. Swore off Valvoline for 2 years. Went to the Powell location with 2 different cars, and excellent! Angelo the manager and his crew were nothing short of nice, fast and just fantastic! Highly recommend! Sawmill has since gained a seasoned manager and new, good techs. Thank you!

Always love this Valvoline, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Angelo is so incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, and an active leader. His team is wonderful, everyone there. Special mention to Caleb and Troy too. Thanks y'all, see you soon :)

My brother Brandon and my father in law had a terrible experience at Vavoline when they took my 2017 Honda Fit for an oil change. After the supposed service, they paid and left, only to immediately notice a clicking noise while driving. Pulling over, they popped the hood. They discovered oil leaking all over, both inside and outside my car. Upon calling and speaking to the manager, Tyson, they sent mechanics to clean up the mess. This took about 30 mins waiting for them and another 30-40 mins to clean up the oil. The issue is that the mechanic didnt put on the rubber gasket on correctly. They rushed it and made this mistake. They tried to offer us free oil changed for the future. But we asked for a full refund instead. While Tyson promised to cover any future issues and costs, the initial incompetence and the hassle of dealing with oil leaking everywhere were extremely disappointing. It's worrying when a routine service like an oil change results in such a mess and a promise of responsibility for potential damages rather than getting it right the first time.

I used to work at valvoline and I did not the full service as a customer I had to ask them about my filter which they did not check. And I asked about my cabin air filter and how much it was going cost the guy said 60 bucks. He said it's 60 bucks because how difficult it is to access my cabin air filter which is not true because I have replaced my own before and it was not hard and did not take a long time. Also they did not check my windshield wipers or lights.

It is so nice to find customer service is still alive!!! When I went to get my oil changed, based on the mileage, the tech informed me that I was early for my change. I told him that I was going by my mileage and he informed me that with my Synthetic I could go 5,000 miles instead of 3. He could easily have said nothing and done the change, but he was totally honest, and I feel like that is not often found these days. They even took a look at the car because I had a question. What an amazing team!

Had an oil change couple months ago at this shop. And started having trouble with my car. Never came to my mind that the fresh oil change could be the problem. They ruined my engine by filling up double the amount of oil that the car needed. and they refused to take responsibility. I attached the photos of the damaged engine due to the high oil pressure from filling up an engine that takes 5-6 quarts with 11 quarts. And the receipt from another branch of Valvoline stating how much oil had been drained from the engine from the previous oil change and that they noticed a lot metal shaving on the oil filter.

These guys always take good care of us. I do a lot of my own work when it's the warmer months and when I have time. Sometimes it's just too cold, and /or I don't want to fuss with it / don't have time. There are very few people I trust with my vehicle maintenance. This Valvoline is always my first stop. They help give peace of mind with basic maintenance like oil changes as well as the less frequent (but still important) radiator and transmission flushes. Highly recommend!
