They had the correct size battery for my daughters car and they installed it in less than 15 minutes. I purchased Advance Auto gift cards at Kroger so I could get the fuel points so that was great too.

I called the store to discuss a battery issue. The gentleman I spoke with offered a solution that involved returning the battery to the store. I told him we would be there shortly. I sent my son to return the item. He gave Nate a summary of why he was there. Nate knew nothing about my issue and seemed hesitate to work the solution offered by the person on the phone. After verifying I bought the battery from Advanced Auto, Nate came up with an even better solution to my problem. I truly appreciate Nate for what he did. His level of customer service made my day better!

I’ve been here for two separate issues. The first was to buy and swap a battery. I asked if they would replace the battery for me and was told “no” because they’d have to disassemble the top portion of the engine bay to get the battery out…so I just did it myself in their parking lot. No disassembly required. The guy should have just said he didn’t want to instead of lying. Unless he doesn’t know how to swap a battery… The second was to get a new headlight bulb, and of course they sell the wrong size. Sure they’re nice. But honestly, I’d rather deal with someone who knows how to perform routine and simple maintenance on vehicles.

Good place to go to get your typical general-purpose auto parts. Prices are usually a little higher than you can find online but they have them there and available for when you need them. Usually have a pretty decent selection of sale items and their rewards program helps with coupons. Depending on the year of your vehicle, more specialty parts may not be in stock but can be ordered. Mimi, the manager, is simply awesome. If I have an emergency and need to pick up something quick this is my go-to place.
