Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

My experience at Grismer was exceptional. Specifically, I took my vehicle to the Powell location and was assisted by the team there. The team was nice, efficient, and delivered at a fair price. They called me within 2 hours of dropping off my vehicle and notified me that the issue was fixed and was ready for pickup. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Grismer to anyone who is considering them.

New tires were bought and installed with good information from the front desk person. He took care of all available discount and coupons for oil change for next r trips. I was approved for Grismer credit card instantly to get some discount. Very friendly and quick response. Great knowledge of all season etc. tires information. A+ work ethic.

So disappointed in Grismer today. I needed a tire repaired. It was going flat. They said they repaired it, gave the explanation and how they repaired and off I went. However after the afternoons football game I find it flat again. I immediately called, but right at closing, and the gentleman basically said sorry we are closed I can't help you until Monday. Call back then. I get these things happen but obviously they were not too interested in ensuring they got my name and scheduled me first thing Monday morning. Further they were not interested in the inconvenience it caused...just a flipant call back Monday

This is my 2nd time at a Grismer shop and it’ll be the only one I take my car to. I didn’t have the best experience at the one on 23 so I decided to give Powell a shot. So glad I did! They addressed my concerns and even gave me recommendations. 23 never called until it was done and ready for pick up. Powell at least called me and filled me in about my car. They even said it would take a bit to address stuff and they were behind but I was out within an hour which wasn’t bad at all. Thank you Grismer Powell for your professionalism and quickness. Look forward to bringing my car back!

I changed both brake pads and rotor for my Mercedes-Benz ML 350 and Kelly did an awesome job explaining me the details and get it changed the change. The work was done itself was done in 2 hours. From cost Perspective this place is very cost-effective compared to the dealer And still quality work.
