I got my car tinted here. I forgot his name, but I think it was Ralph. He was really nice. He took me last minute on the day that I called. I was his last appointment and his shop was going to be closed soon. Even though the appointment was supposed to take one to two hours, he took his time and care with my car. I needed to get all of my windows tinted due to medical reasons. He was understanding. He took his time to explain the different levels of tint and showed them to me. He then explained the whole process as it was happening. The appointment that was supposed to take less than 2 hours lasted a bit longer than 3 hours because I asked him if he could show me the different steps so that I can finalize the amount of tint I would like. After driving off and testing the new tent for a week, I realized I needed more tint. I messaged him about needing more tint and he was very responsive. He was great at explaining what tinting was to a beginner like me. He explained the pros and cons of each tint shade. He is very wholesome. I would definitely recommend him. I'm going back to get more tint and when I get my next car, I'm going to ask for Ralph He also has an Instagram page. You should check him out.

After researching many places in manhattan and queens I landed on Tintworkznyc and I’m glad I did. The price was right and the job took only 2 hours. Ralph answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. The experience was 10 outta 10. Couldn’t be happier.

Called Ralph and scheduled an appointment the next week. Went there, drop the car off, I decided to go with ceramic tint. Picked up the same day and was super happy with the results! Great customer service and very reasonable price with high standards! 100% would recommend anyone that’s looking to tint their windows!
