Costco Tire Center

Filip went above and beyond for the service that I needed. I’ve been to multiple Costco tire centers in tri state area but this one beats all of them in terms of the customer service, quality of work and efficiency. It gets packed on the weekends so I recommend coming in first thing in the morning (walk-ins can take 2-4hours) otherwise make sure to make an appointment ahead of the time.

Got new tires installed here and honestly it was one of the best automotive repair experiences I've ever had. William at the front desk was helpful and informative and just a pleasure to deal with. Installation took about an hour which seemed fast given that it was fairly crowded. I made an appointment which helped. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I'm really glad I chose to get my tires done here.

This review is specifically for the COSTCO LIC TIRE CENTER. Service is amazing. Philip is very informative and works to keep things moving. From arrival to final paperwork, I spent about 1.5 hours. Everything inside the car was left as I left it. Note, the center is very busy around the holidays and appointment is best to be serviced quickly. I'd gladly come back. 10/10

This five star rating is only being given for Latrell who works at the Tire Center. He is multifaceted and takes on all professional responsibilities with grace and intelligence. He is very honest and tells the truth so you know when a tire replacement is warranted or not. You are not hustled, your intelligence is not insulted and questions are answered with utmost respect. In the near future, I will replace my tires here given his integrity.

I think Costco main number doesn’t connect to the tire center. Definitely call the number on the website that connects directly. I DO want to say that this is my favorite tire center. The service is excellent and I don’t ever feel talked down to or like I’m getting scammed. I’ve had my tires replaced 4-5 times here with a little convertible and an SUV on these rough NYC roads. And every time, everyone is really great and professional, even when it’s really busy. They spend time explaining things to people. It’s Brooklyn so they deal with all sorts of ethnicities and accents and attitudes, but everyone I’ve ever dealt with was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and you don’t feel like you’re going catch an attitude if you have questions. Prices are the best here too. Can’t say enough good things about the technicians here. Thanks Costco Tires!!

I looked into a few costcos and this one had the best reviews so I bought 4 new tires online and made an appointment to get them put on at the queens tire center and the customer service was excellent the process was smooth and seamless and very fast and efficient.I was in and out in 30-45 mins. I definitely would recommend this tire center .

Will never get my tires from anywhere else. The free tire rotation and warranty is worth it and the staff at this location are so friendly and knowledgable.
