Absolutely amazing experience with this body shop! After a hit and run left my car in bad shape, I was unsure where to turn, but Kathy and the team here were incredible from start to finish. Kathy guided me through the entire process, even helping with all the tricky insurance details, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. When I got my car back, I was blown away—it honestly looks better than when I bought it! The attention to detail and quality of work are outstanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing top-notch repairs and caring customer service. Five stars all the way!

Kathy and her team did an excellent job with customer care! My car had dents and scratches, and I thought it would be difficult to fix completely. However, after they worked on it, my car looks as good as new! I'm really glad I found them. I'll definitely bring my car back here if I have any issues in the future. Great shop. Took my 1978 ranchero in for a roof replacement and repaint of the rear quarter panels. The quality of work was high and turnaround time fast considering the scope. I could see the attention to detail in the seamless welding and finishing of the new roof section, and the immaculate paintwork. No orange peel or anything. I would trust East River Auto Body with future auto body projects big and small, and the owner was very communicative and up front about the work and cost, which was also nice. 5 stars
