Went above and beyond. Originally didn't think they had the odd size battery I needed. Didn't stop looking and called me back that they had one in stock. Reasonably priced, great service!

Been coming here for years. Nice, honest people. Was just in today to have a suspect battery tested. It ended up being fine. One time they gave me the rest of a can of product to try at home. They've also always had the specialty sizes I've needed for lawn and garden stuff over the years.

I'm not sure why you would go anywhere else to buy a battery! I thought my car battery needed replaced. I arrived, pulled in the garage, battery was checked, replaced, and paid for is less that ten minutes. Now that's service!!!!

I shopped price for an auto replacement battery, and decided to purchase at Battery House. It’s the LAST time I will ever step in that store. Rude, unappreciative counter attendant said that installation was an additional $20. I declined that offer, and installed it myself in 10 minutes in their parking lot, meanwhile 2 service employees watching me work on that from under cover— during the rain. Then another customer saw me working, and advised they will install for Free if you ask ! Why does one customer get FREE installation, but I’m quoted $20 up charge ?? My worst shopping experience in years.

Tested, replaced my battery and was on my way in 15 minutes. Same spec battery at NAPA and Advance was $199, theirs was $129. Been a customer for many years.
