We called ahead and asked if someone was able to show us an easier way to access the passengers side headlight for an easier replacement and he came out and pulled the old one out and replaced the new 1, and it was raining as well. Despite coming in on his day off, Nic helped me and many others today with battery issues and had a welcoming attitude the entire time. He was committed to making sure I got the most reliable reading during testing and even went out of his way to secure, grease, and clean the corrosion, saving me from replacing the terminals. 100% satisfied with my experience and installation.

Wooster Ohio store, January 14, 2025, stopped and bought a battery and just wanted to say thank you to Nic who installed it for me, very professional and knowledgeable. Was out in the cold for a while and didn’t complain or seem the least bit bothered. He is who all customer oriented businesses should strive to hire. Again I’d like to say “ thank you Nic I appreciate not only having the battery installed in adverse temperatures but hearing someone say how much they enjoy their job when so many just complain!!
