Hartley's Auto Repair

I brought my car there to get repaired. The noise I heard was completely gone and my car drives brand new. The customer service is excellent and their knowledge of cars is impeccable. As a women taking your car to an auto place is difficult when trusting you won’t be taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place for your car needs!

Hartley’s Auto was the friendliest of all the places I called to get a quote. I ended up choosing them just because of that. Their pricing is a little higher but I don’t mind that when the customer service was amazing. I had my car towed to them at about 1 o’clock and had my car back around 3:30. I will continue to use Hartley’s Auto if I need any other work done to my car.

Hartley’s is hands down the BEST auto repair shop I have EVER been to!! I have been to several shops around the Wayne county area and not a single one of them stand close to the excellent service I have received from Hartley’s!! My car was misdiagnosed by another shop in Wooster that could have cost me THOUSANDSSS of dollars. When I took it to Hartley’s they ran several tests and even contacted the place that misdiagnosed my car to see if they were missing something.. come to find out it wasn’t what they were stating was wrong with it. They called me and explained everything they found that was wrong with it and gave me options and their professional opinion on what needed done. I had the pleasure of working with Chis and when I say he was the most helpful individual I have EVER had assist in situations like this is an understatement! He went above and beyond his job! This man took the time to not only explain what was needed and my options, he also sent me links to help in my search of rims for my car. Something he did not have to do but chose to on his on! Hartley’s has some of the BEST employees around!! This was my first time going to them and I definitely WON’T be going anywhere else EVER! Thank you Chris for caring for your customers and making this experience the best it could have possibly been!! Hartley’s has a customer for life!

Great service very professional property looks nice kept clean they work on our taxi vehicles never have any issues of returning for work that they've already done is 100% definitely recommend them. 👍

I had to have my Jeep reworked after driving in a flood. The staff here were very helpful and actually had to rebuild my engine. I really appreciated Jared's updates and the mechanics resolve to rebuild my engine!! I wish I could give them more stars! Thank you Hartley Team!!

I bought an M850i during my sophomore year, and as everyone knows, Wooster isn’t exactly a place with many options for taking care of a car like this. Luckily, I found this shop, and they’ve been able to handle every issue I’ve had. Now, as a senior about to graduate, I can say my car has never had a single problem after being serviced here, and everyone there are really friendly and they’ve always charged fair prices. Highly recommend them!
