Karl was super friendly and explained the packages for oil changes and alignment check. They honored a coupon my boss gave me that expired a week ago. Very nice staff, clean waiting area, well definitely go again!

I give the management team for having a very pleasant, clean and impressive atmosphere. Before making my appointment I read the reviews and was impressed but still cautious. I booked my appointment for transmission fluid change and noted at end of appointment scheduling where asked " Is there any more information your technician should know about your fluid exchange/flush service? ". I started " This service could be my first and last or can be a long lasting regular customer ; Making this appointment based on great reviews ." My vehicle is shifting differently than before I originally brought in. I asked and confirm with the service advisor if they use and have Mercon which is a brand of transmission fluid that is specifically recommended by Ford and they end up using some " generic " brand fluid instead... Definitely disappointed and will NOT be going back . Do research and read the reviews but always be cautious and good luck

The customer service at TGK is outstanding! Quick to call back, super friendly and Karl explained everything to me that needed to be done and reasons it needed to be fixed. They even sent pictures so I could see the issues myself.
