Estimated my car to be in shop for 2.5 weeks. The front desk gal was amazing and easy to work with. She kept me updated with any news on getting my car earlier than expected date. Oakdale collision also sends out text messages letting you know the status of your car when it’s being moved into the next stages of repair etc. which was the most helpful in my opinion. My car is back to its original state or even better - they cleaned and washed my car and I could tell did some detailing work inside as well. Thank you!

My favorite truck I have ever owned was totaled (by an uninsured crackhead). Because it was totaled, I can't comment on Oakdale's quality of work. I can tell you that they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They made navigating this ugly process very simple.

Their estimate for time was 100% accurate, took almost exactly a week, and we just needed our bumper done but they cleaned up the WHOLE car inside and out! I’ve struggled to clean and vacuum it because we live at an apt with no outside electrical outlets, but it looks so nice now - thank you!!

My catalytic converter was stolen off my car. I call Oakdale Collision and they were able to get me in the following week. The work took less than 2 days AND they worked with my insurance company. Having only 1 point of contact is a big deal. I definitely recommend.
