Got there at 906. Two customers in bays. I was pulled into the third bay. At 936 they got to me. When they got to me…..smoothest oil change ever. Lady was super efficient and the guy had the filter off and replaced in record time. A good visit……with a long wait that threw off my schedule. So I took off one star for the wait.

I would like to say how nice it was to get my oil changed by a very polite honest and efficent tech. I usally go to a differant place and this was my second visit to take 5, was not pressured to buy anything i didn't need. Wgen he checked my cabin filter it had to be the original 2013 needless to say that was a no brainer the price was awsome for everything and i even made my appointment on time, great bunch of guys. Like frank sinarta said start spreading the news lol its take 5 from now on thank you again

Take 5 on Mentor Avenue is literally the best car service I've had in years. I prefer to take my car there instead of the dealership. All employers are 100% professional and take excellent care of my vehicle every time I come in. Thank you.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had too many bad experiences in a row with this particular location. I have been coming here for years and always had good experiences until recently. The staff has been rude the last few times I have gone. On my most recent visit, I asked for and paid for a full synthetic oil and when I returned to top the oil off, they gave me premium because they said that was what I had which means I paid for something I didn’t get and didn’t get what I had asked for. I understand that not every experience is going to be top-notch, but in todays economy, none of us can afford to overpay for things wrongfully. I will now keep all receipts and bring them with me. I hope the other locations in mentor are better staffed.

Very professional and quick. Iser and Corey did a great job of educating me on the maintenance of my car without pushing services on me; super quick and friendly. Any service that can do the job and make me laugh is a win.
