Thanks to Skylar and Ethan for your help I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Shop! They truly live up to their promise of a quick and efficient oil change. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The whole process was incredibly fast—done in less than 5 minutes, just as advertised! The pricing was fair, and the convenience of not having to make an appointment was a big plus. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, speedy oil change without compromising on quality, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change for an oil change and had the pleasure of being assisted by Skylar. He did an absolutely amazing job! From start to finish, Skylar was incredibly polite, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything about the service in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. I mentioned to Skylar that I had just moved to Greenville, and he went above and beyond to make the experience welcoming and smooth. Honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Skylar’s customer service and expertise are top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to him. Highly recommend!

Friendly, courteous. Didn’t do high pressure sales, recommended and gave me options and choices. Reset warnings and checked to make sure I was a happy customer before leaving. 20.00 discount on work that was done, was unaware of the discount, team leader told about the discount and applied it. Definitely will be going back for future oil changes.

I have been coming here for about two years and sort of just a had a realization how great the experience is. It's quick, fairly priced, and the staff is incredibly well mannered. Every time I am there, the staff has great manners. Marcos and William helped me today and they were awesome. Highly recommend anyone to go here and could not say enough great things about the team.

Just a heads-up to other customers: always double-check if you really need the service before agreeing. I recently came in for an oil change, relying on the sticker Take 5 had previously placed on my windshield. I later realized this date marked the halfway point to my next needed change and the end of their free top-off window—not the final due date for when I actually need service. Although staff checked my oil, later confirming it was fine, they still proceeded with the change. After speaking with them, I learned I likely had at least 2,000 miles left before service was necessary. I would have appreciated clearer communication and a heads-up that I could wait—especially since I was clearly trying to follow their guidance. They def prioritize profit over their customers best interests.

WOW!! What an experience! From the moment I arrived they were at my window with a cold bottle of water and a 2 min wait to start my service. The atmosphere of the employee's All around was so enthusiastic and Ready to please! King the Manager sets the Customer Service tone for everyone working there. I will be back and appreciate the Great Service!!

Will, Memphis, & Landon, at the counter when I pulled up were phenomenal! I ended up needing a few things done, but I was let known in a no pressure sales environment. These guys are legit and genuinely just wanna help you. Plus the overall value from visiting you get so much more and you’re paying the same price as a regular oil change. Definitely pull up!
