Tiffany and Scott restored my faith in humanity tonight. My mom was having car troubles and we were not able to move her car. I took her to this Autozone and Scott initially helped us an extreme amount by lending us a tool and diagnosing the car only by hearing us talk! Tiffany was able to meet us up the road at the school and test our car to confirm the issue. We then purchased an alternator and belt and were able to fix our issue no problem. Amazing service. This place has extremely caring employees that go out of their way to make sure to help you. You don’t come around such generous people very often.

I pulled up to AutoZone on Laurens Road with my hood up, and right away, TIFFANY was there to assist me. Tiffany went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue with my car, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was wrong. Not only did Tiffany diagnose the problem, but she even helped fix it on the spot, walking me through each step and making sure my car was in good shape before I left. Tiffany’s knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference – hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with auto service. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you this Autozone right here is the one and only. Tiffany E. an auto parts specialist there is absolutely AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable in all things auto and is always so happily willing to help. Coming into an auto parts store can be daunting and stressful and she always makes the process so smooth and always has a smile on her face and always makes sure you leave with a smile and relieved. No need to look any further I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

I needed a headlight bulb for my 2023 Hyundai Elantra hybrid that would have cost me $300 for the dealership to change because to get to the bulb the bumper has to be taken off. I went to store 1008 on Laurens Rd and Seanna from store 4214 helped remove the old bulb and install the new bulb. She saved me $280 and was absolutely amazing, pleasant and knowledgeable. She is a great asset to AutoZone.

I had an issue with my headlights today and was unable to change out the bulbs as it was very difficult for me to do. Two of the guys came out to have a look and changed out both of my headlight bulbs. I thanked them and offered to buy their lunch which they refused and stated that this was their job. I am so thankful that wonderful employees with such customer loyalty still exist today!!! Thank you again guys!!!

Extremely helpful! Omar installed my headlights and brake lights for about 20 minutes, no questions asked. My car is a pain to install lights on and he was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend!
