Fairway Auto Body

I had a great experience at Fairway. They were wonderful about communicating with me and working around my schedule to get my vehicle repaired after an accident. They were very thorough and even vacuumed and wiped down surfaces in my vehicle after replacing my bumper. The staff I worked with were awesome and I'll definitely work with them again in the future if I ever have bodywork I need done to my vehicle.

Very, very happy with my experience with Fairway Auto Body. The work done was excellent, Daniel and Clayton did a great job of keeping me informed of when my car would be ready and where it was in the process all along the way. Omg! They are amazing here. All the way across the board. The staff is super courteous and Derek really took great care of my vehicle while it was in their possession. They even finished 1 wk before the estimated time and my baby looks exactly how she did when I drove her off the lot. They stayed in contact w me during the entire process. My calls were always answered and returned properly/promptly. The office is nice and clean, convenient location. God forbid, but if I ever have another accident I don't want anybody else to touch my car. I recommend EVERYONE to utilize their services.

I recently had my car serviced at Fairway Ford. It looked brand new to me, like nothing never happened to it. Derrick & his team were efficient & kept me informed as to the progress of the work that was to be done. Great Work! I recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on their car.

Fairway wants 5 Stars so here's 5 Stars for the Body shop. FBS did a good job fixing my Explorer after some dingbat ran a stop sign and hit my car. USAA is a POS but FBS worked with them to do me right. As a disabled veteran I appreciate FBS... USAA can go to hell for all I care. Anyone want to purchase a 2019 Explorer XLT?

This was my real experience. My Subaru was hit by a tractor trailer on the interstate. The entire drivers side, front and rear numbers as well as part of the trunk was damaged. I didn’t sustain any injuries and was able to drive the car home. My experience with them started off great. The repairs were impressive when I got it back both times. The car looked liked nothing ever happened to it. The people repairing the cars are perfection all body lines are perfect. However, before I even got my car back before the first time. I went from completely satisfied to completely dissatisfied. I had a rude and unprofessional interactions while trying to ask questions. I could never get a return phone call when I called and left messages. The insurance company paying for the repairs had the same issue and would call me to find out what was going on because no one would call them back either. Which forced me to be put in the middle of a situation that wasn’t even my fault. I received maybe 2-4 calls during the almost 5 months they had my car. The customer service was terrible. I actually left them a terrible review because I couldn’t get anyone to help me there. My car had $16-$17,000 worth of damage and I still had issues they didn’t address with the car when I picked it up the first time. I tried to find out how to go about addressing the issues and that’s when the rude and unprofessional part happened. However, after leaving the bad review I got a call from Daniel the manager within 24 hrs. I had called him before but he never called me back either. He apologize and explained the situation they were in (he didn’t use it as an excuse for what happened). He totally turned the situation around, sincerely apologized and I deleted the review since he went above and beyond to handle the situations. Anyway, hopefully I will never need to but I will absolutely use them any and every time and will recommend to everyone but I will be honest with the issues I had with them.

Daniel and his crew took great care of my mother's Lincoln Corsair when it came in for body work after a collision/vandalism claim. They worked with my insurance and even went above and beyond to add a few extra touches to the paint to give it a fresh brand new look, even though it's a 4 year old car. I appreciate them and their hard work. Definitely exceeded expectations. 👍🏼

My vehicle was damaged when a deer ran into the drivers side. I took it to Fairway Auto Body because I had purchased it from Fairway Subaru. James was great communicating with us and with our insurance adjuster. It looks like new again and I would recommend Fairway Auto Body for great work.

Really a good experience (probably because someone else hit us and their insurance paid for the repair and the rental car). Fairway auto body called us with updates as our car was being repaired. They were really nice very professional. I'd recommend them every time.
