Tony was great in the service department. Had an annoying stuck back seat, so 2 people looked at it and couldn't unjam the mechanism. Tony suggested leaving it overnight so they could take it apart to take a look and he explained the seat covers had fibers sticking, so not only did they solve the problem quickly (and free since it was only a year old and under 10,000 miles), but he thanked me for helping them know what to do if another customer had a similar issue. Apart from that he was just a very easy going person to talk to and assured me that it would be taken care of at my convenience.
