Art was fantastic! When I brought my Prius in, and told him the “symptoms” — he told me what he thought the issue was. Then he called me within two hours to confirm his diagnosis. And they didn’t “find” a bunch of additional “problems” — which is how it feels sometimes going to the service department at a dealership. Since I have two kids in college, every penny counts and when I asked if there was any way to lower the bill, he found a way. So yeah! I give Art at the Santa Monica Toyota dealership 5 stars for being honest and compassionate and helpful!

Modern, detailed communication from mechanic directly to customer via App. Honest explanation of repair needs and pricing. (Shout out to Jay!).
