We made an appointment for an oil change on a Q5. After waiting about 15 minutes the “service” writer came out and said the minimum service charge is $550!! Stay away from this place. Went to Audi Beverly Hills service and received top-notch service. It would seem Audi Santa Monica wants to cheat people. I will be contacting Audi Corporate offices to report this issue.

Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays- thanks, Tim, for your continuous excellent service and transparency. He is the best part of SM Audi service!

As we pulled in the service area PL no one approached us to help. Just one service writer in the customer lounge not very friendly or helpful. Never felt welcomed. Never got the issue resolved.
