I had an extremely frustrating experience with this body shop. I initially brought my car in because the front bumper had completely come off, and they were supposed to install a brand-new bumper. This should have been a straightforward job, but it ended up taking almost two months, which is absolutely unacceptable for such a basic replacement. After finally getting my car back, I realized a few days later that the horn wasn’t working. I contacted them again, and instead of resolving the issue at the same location where I had dropped off and picked up the car (which I later found out was just an office, not an actual body shop), they directed me to their real body shop, located several miles away. I had to make two separate trips to that far location just to get the horn fixed—causing even more inconvenience. On top of that, because they held my car for nearly two months, my insurance only covered part of the rental period. I had to pay around $1,000 out-of-pocket for the rental car. I asked them why such a basic repair took so long, but I never got a clear or honest explanation. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto service. Poor communication, excessive delays, and unexpected costs made the whole process incredibly stressful. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

Scammers!!! Do not go here. They kept my car for a month claiming they couldn’t come to an agreement with my insurance and told me it would take 3 months to fix a dent in my car door and that my car was totaled LOL after insurance inspected it twice. Claimed damages were 300% more than what insurance estimated. Complete waste of my time. They stopped answering my calls I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I took my car to Herman’s Auto Body after this mess and they fixed it in 2 weeks.

I got repairs done here, got my car back and noticed my wheel was slightly to the right when I was driving straight and that my bumper was loose, after repairs. Went back to the shop and the lady tried to tell me there is nothing wrong with my wheel and that bumper was my fault and I need a whole new one (thousands of dollars). Turns out the alignment was wrong and all I needed was a few bumper clips that are extremely cheap. Absolutely ridiculous and scammy. Not to mention repairs take forever. Don’t go here.

This place is a total joke and is a MUST AVOID! My 2022 Outback has a minor scrape on the right rear door from a concrete pole. I took it in for an on-site estimate and was told that I would get their estimate in a couple of days. One week later I get an email that the estimate is only days away. After 2 weeks the estimate is finally sent. Would you believe $7000? Are you kidding me.? They mention wheels, L&R rear tail lights, rear bumper, electrical wiring, Vehicle diagnostics, car cover/bag interior, etc. I have worked on cars before and painted a couple, so I have a ball park figure of the costs... and this isn't even close in my humble estimation. I replied that they must have my car mixed up with another car, or there is a huge mistake, or this a joke and that if not that they are a total rip off. No Response! One indicator of not being professional right away should had been that it took them 2 weeks to provide the estimate. If you are considering them, I most strongly advise that you get several estimates from "reputable" firms. Good Luck! I eventually went to the Subaru dealership In Glendale and got an estimate. Their estimated cost was $1050. So much more reasonable, customer service focused, quality work and higher standards than Rip Off Eli’s!

SCAMMERS!!! They will rob you blind. I was recommended by audi santa monica. I was given a out of pocket estimate of 6,500 for a dent the size and shape of a hanger. No paint was needed, but they said it needed it. I didn't know until later that the body shop gives santa monica audi kick backs monthly for exclusively recommended the body shop so they can up charge all those people that come to them. I went else where and had the dent removed for $500.
