Customer service sucks here. Called in to check on something and the response to my additional inquiry was, "I dunno bro." He was not thrilled to be on the phone and hung up pretty quick. The riverside dealership at least went the extra mile when looking up my part. On top of that, they were double the price of the other dealership for the same part. Look elsewhere if you want quality service and attention.

Mike and all the staff were very helpful. I needed so many different parts and hoses I broke from changing the turbo inlet on an almost 20 years old WRX. Most of the hoses just snapped into pieces. They were able to help me figure out which parts I needed. I will definitely be coming back.

Visited parts & service on two different occasions this past month. Today’s visit was to purchase of an oil cap for my 2007 Outback. Chris was friendly and courteous a great experience. . My previous visit was to purchase a battery for my keyless entry unit, Michael assisted me with this purchase. Both times a pleasant experience.

I somehow lost the lug wrench and the screwdriver tool in my spare tire compartment. I found the parts here and ordered them easily. A week after hitting purchase the parts were at my house. The payment options were far more than adequate.
