Sebastian and Erick are a fantastic duo who won't disappoint. I have no regrets about coming here, and I'm incredibly grateful for their genuine approach and dedication to customer satisfaction. (Now my front bumper is brand new)

This place is AMAZING! We brought my car to them for repairs after it had been crashed into at my place of work. We were immediately greeted with such warmth and friendliness and were taken care of right away. Sebastian was very thoughtful and thorough, and he made sure to not just ask all the necessary questions, but he also took the time to explain everything that would be involved in the process. He was very patient and gave us plenty of opportunity to ask any questions we may have had. He also did his best to be as accommodating as he could once he discovered that we were coming from a mountain community and that traveling to him was not a typical drive. We really appreciated that. They worked as quickly as they possibly could, and updated us along the way as they had to wait for the arrival of certain parts that needed to be ordered. The accident happened right before the Christmas holidays, so we completely understood that the timing of everything would be a little tricky. Once my car was finished it looked absolutely beautiful and brand new! The technicians did a WONDERFUL job breaking my car down and putting it back together again. It runs like a champ and I have had no issues since having picked it up. During the pick up process it was such an easy process to finish paying for the work and having a great chat with Sebastian and his mother, who also works there. This place is a family business and you can tell that they value their customers and make them feel like part of family too! It was such a pleasure working with them, and should we ever be in a position to need this type of service again, you can bet we will be coming back to them to take care of us. Let me start off by saying that I’m a real safe driver. Have driven for almost 7 years now and never had any minor or major accidents. I also drive big rigs and have done tough blind spot backings that are nearly impossible. However, like life, stuff can be uncertain and accidents happen. I had tried to get out of a real tight space with my car, and I scraped a metal fence on the bottom rear door of my car, which the video shows. Created a 3.5-4inch deep dent. Naturally, I got real sad as nothing like this ever happened so I went online searching for the best, cheap and honest collision shop there was and I stumbled onto royal road. Let me tell you, this minor accident would’ve cost $2000-2500. But they literally gave me half of that price. That’s not the most important and best part, the best part is that they did a quality job on my car with extreme care. They are a small family business that treats you excellently and most importantly as a family! I had the opportunity to speak to Sebastian and the owner Eric (his dad) and they are the most kind, knowledgeable people you can find in this business. Please do not take your car anywhere else for fixing, they are masters at what they do. 5 stars doesn’t do justice.

I got my car repainted and can not be any happier. The work was amazing and extremely satisfied on how my vehicle came out. Eric and his whole family where very honest people and had the pleasure to meet. Really will recommend anybody to go there. They will always keep you up to date and always try to find ways to help you out.

I wanted to do a quick shout out to Royal Road Collison, they really hooked my little Nissan Sentra up. Long story short I was a victim of a hit and run. The same day of the accident I was quoted thee best price ever. Like he took his time and really explained everything. Same day we ordered everything part wise. By the next week he had my car for 2 days and presto all done back to her original self. Thank you everyone I really appreciate you guys. I will recommend Royal Road Collison to anyone looking for quality, reliable service.

Great family business and best experience I could hope for at a body shop. Sebastian and his family really fought and advocated on my behalf to provide the best service for my car. This included negotiating with insurance to cover the best available parts, working to order the parts despite tariffs and supply issues, and painting/re-painting the car to make sure the coat was perfect. They even helped me install my dash cam as well and made the interior smell like a new car. I would definitely recommend this family business who clearly put their best effort into taking care of their clients. I fully trust their business integrity and that they will not negotiate in providing the best final product. They are the only body shop I will go to from now on.

I came to royal road collision center because I needed my rear bumper repainted and the job came out perfect. The job didn’t take long to be done and the color perfectly matched the rest of the car. The customer service was as perfect as the job and anyone who needs their car fixed I recommend them to come to this place I promise you won’t regret it. Lastly I was very satisfied with the work done here and I am very happy I brought my car to royal road collision center.
