Good people there! Very knowledgeable techs in my 9-years of experience, and my personal tech Lisa Heinichen takes full responsibility for her work despite a sometimes insane pace. She has done a great job managing my last two appointments, which were rather long. I would love more comfortable chairs in the waiting room but that’s minor compared to the quality of service.

The mechanic was also really good and explained things in detail, even though it was close to the end of the day, he made sure he could fix it without me having to borrow the car and told me right away what the problem was, so even though I had to leave the car for two days, I had peace of mind. And Arthur was really the best, I really appreciate all the hard work and work he did. He told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me a detailed explanation to put my mind at ease.

Sequoia as always took amazing care of me. She got me in and out quickly and even had them remove the bugs from my car after a long trip to Oklahoma to visit my grandmother who passed away. Always amazing service.

Been to Kings Subaru a couple times now, great experience every time. Sequoia in the service area helped me last time, very helpful, very nice. imo if you are in the cincinnati area and choosing between Kings and the one in Florence I highly recommend Kings. Been to both for service and had a terrible experience at Joseph Subaru. Kings is a dream in general and especially in comparison to Joseph. Will be taking my '24 Crosstrek here for the foreseeable future. Thanks y'all! oh wait one thing, with respect, the morning music in the waiting area is sooooooo boring. With love, it feels like I'm at a Renaissance Faire funeral lol. Makes me wanna take a nap. legit my only "complaint" :) also queer chill rating is 5/5 in my experience! Not taking away points bc they can't control the old folk who like to stare with no shame in the waiting area lol
