Leased a new Wagoneer at Kings and they did a terrific job! Chad and Myles were extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through the lease process. I highly recommend Kings Chrysler and ask for Myles or Chad. They will take good care of you! Bill

I went in for an oil change. 10 minutes later Craig the service writer came up to me and started telling me a situation came up. The last place that did the oil change and stripped the oil drain plug. He gave me the choice of proceeding or stop, as there would be no going back. There may even be a chance I would not be able drive the car out of the shop. He made sure to explain whats the risks were and had me decide. I told them to proceed with the removal. Soon the tech came out to see me and showed me the drain plug that was cross threaded. He said it's half over. Now they will try to tap the oil pan to see if they can clean it up. A short while later and told me they were able to get a drain plug in but by force. The oil pan will need to replaced. I thanked them for keeping me informed and I will have the oil pan replaced if it starts leaking or when it's due for an oil change. I can't thank them enough the way they went step by step with me so it was my choice. I will be back. McInerney, Kelly
