I have been a Kings Kia customer for both Sales & Service for 12yrs. The entire team is great. Today I just needed my first oil change on my new Kia. I was promptly greeted by Keaton Smith. He was friendly & professional. I didn't have an appt & he assured me that wasn't a problem. He explained everything & kept me informed. I was very happy with how little time I had to wait. Hands down a really great experience! Had my vehicle towed to the location on Sunday, by the end of the week I had a diagnoses. I used to be a service advisor so I know getting warranty work takes time, and lots of testing to get approved so I know that timeline was great! They had my vehicle for a little over a month, but I had a rental the entire time due to it being a warranty engine job. It was a little hard to get ahold of someone when you call, but i left voicemails, and they were returned same day if I called early enough. They called me a couple times and kept me updated the best that they could because again I know getting an engine delivered can also take time. The pick up process was a little confusing because of the construction nothing to do with Kia service themselves . They also found that my door latch was also covered under a warranty and had that fixed as well! My service advisor Chad was great and explained everything to me, and the lady I spoke to when picking up my vehicle explained the warranty on the engine and what would happen if anything went wrong. It’s a little bit of drive for me, living in bethel going out there but when you get great service you tend to stick with them! Thank you again for the great experience!

Chad helped with my car’s stirring wheel and assisted with several recalls. I was helped immediately, everyone was friendly, I was given (a very nice) loner car to get to work and back. The estimated time for wait was accurate. Everything worked out and my car is fixed! Chad even helped looked for warranty coverage and assisted with opinion on new tires. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness! Thanks Chad!

Waited almost 2 hours after being told it would take an hour. There seems to be no direction when you pull in the service area. No one greets you, no one acknowledges you, no idea if I’m supposed to wait in my car or get out and look for someone. Maybe I’m just used to the great service and friendliness at Toyota.
