Team is great. I wish they would not keep raising the prices though for 3oil changes and three tire rotations. It’s gone up very quickly in two- 3 years that I’ve gone there. I also worked like a teacher discount! Or discount for loyal customer who go there all the time. That would be nice.

I would highly recommend Kings Mazda Service Station. Very comfortable and clean location with a nice set up to work if you have a laptop with you, as well as snacks and drinks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Charles, in particular, was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great insight. I will be bringing my Mazda back here for my next service!

We just bought our pre own vehicle. We contacted our salesman Matthew Hendren for our minor car problem. He was very professional and helpful. The service department has a link to give you an update on the progress on the car. This really made a big difference and a great hope for customer service. Very satisfied with Mazda service.

Tommi called to tell me she couldn't get the video to send. I told her not to worry about it. Then she called to tell me my car was finished and sent the link for payment. Later that she called to say that she left at 5 and she'd leave my keys with the person that worked till 6. But the key was not available at the dealer at pick up.6.The next day she called to say that she would have the courtesy driver -Bill- bring the keys to my house. Tommi also called to tell me when Bill was on his way to my house. He was very nice 👍 It was a very pleasant experience! I always loved having Tommi as my contact!!!

Your team is excellent, but my original warranty issue that I brought my CX-9 in for, has returned. Engine warning light. I am now six hundred miles from home and must hope that I will be able to make it back. Is this problem solvable?
