Josh covered for Mike while he was at a meeting so he got me all squared away when I got in Coleman Made sure to clean the oil that spilled on my skid plates and I really appreciate that from them. Also, the woman who greeted me and took my car when I arrived was very nice too Overall really friendly and professional!!

Highly not recommended to perform any non difficult auto work with them without a warranty. Just 2 weeks ago, my brake light was on and I was in a rush to have my car fix, I dropped off my car and they identified the problem was just the brake fluid were so old and need to power flash the master cylinder. They were charging me $400+ with tax just to change the brake fluid, bleeding and flush. I don't have much knowledge about car maintenance and although I know it was over priced, I would like to have it done asap. Two weeks after the brake fluid change and flush, my brake light was on again and realized that the whole brake was soft and not functioning when I was heading out. I tow my car back to them and they told me that one of my caliper was broken, and would need to charge an additional $600 just for ONE caliper. The only reimbursement that they could offer was $100 discount which downs to $500, but doing the same job outside of here is still cheaper. I asked their manager why the problem wasn't identified correctly when they had a full inspection, and he answered because it wasnt leaking at the time. How far could I go when all I did was commute in the pass 2 weeks? Changing the Caliper includes changing brake fluid and bleeding anyway, and since the original visit didn't do the things correctly and wasted my time, isn't it supposed to just charge me the difference between the two work if I truly going to do business with them? I am not going to pay $900+ just to have one caliper replaced and flush out the clogged brake fluid. Highly NOT RECOMMEND for anyone who does not have a new car warranty with the dealership to do service with them.
