We took our Honda, the we'd purchased there, in for a complimentary oil change. We scheduled an 11am appointment. We arrived on time and were told it would be 90 minutes until our vehicle was ready. An hour and a half for an oil change!? So apparently they don't actually have or actually keep actual appointments. They just expect you to sit around for 90 minutes for a 10 minute procedure that you previously had made a successful appointment for, or so you'd thought. They should just tell you up front that they don't actually take appointments and that you might want to just drop your vehicle off even if you just want an oil/filter change. I didn't expect such low regard for their customers from a Honda service center. Btw they retrieved our vehicle for us very quickly. Too bad they couldn't live up to their "appointment" so promptly.

Meh. Among other things, they noted two broken screws in my wife's air filter housing. I know for a fact they or Valvoline did it because I know I didn't break them. Pretty sure my wife doesn't even know how to pop her hood. But that is besides the point. They tried to convince me to spend 140 bucks replacing the whole air filter housing. I politely declined and spent four dollars on Amazon buying replacement screws. Screws arrived the next day. The problem was solved 10 minutes later. Way to try and hose a middle class working couple with two kids Kings Honda.

My car was in an accident and towed here on an off day for the dealership. However, I was contacted very quickly the next day by Allie Baldwin in the service department. She was very helpful in getting my car in to a tech, getting me an estimate, and making sure that I had all the information needed to provide to my insurance company. Once she was given the green light to proceed with repairs, the technician, Steven Dodsworth, did a great job at getting my car back to pre-loss operating condition. I am very greatful to Performance Honda's service team for getting my car back to me so quickly!

Certain services are now offered ‘after hours’; oil change, tire rotation, recall work. This is awesome. Drop your car off night before and pick up the next morning. Fabulous service.
