My husband took 2 of our nails machine to fix at this place and take them 5 months to replace or fix it . We keep calling and come back to the store to get it, but all of them keep lying and now we still don’t get our machine back yet, because after fixed our machine they lost some of part of it! Last week we came back the manager said he will order the part for us, but today we call to make sure they have ordered the party for us to put back all together they said they won’t order it!

We came in today because my daughter broke off the charger in to her iPad. We tried everything to get it out! I wish I would have gotten his name, but a kind employee got it out for us in minutes! We were so thankful! Highly recommend

Doug was the associate who helped me last night. He was wonderful. I came in looking for a very, very unusual battery for my dogs, remote for her Training collar. Sadly, they did not have the battery I needed. However, and looking at the transmitter We discovered that there was a wire that was no longer soldered in place where it should be. It happened to be right near the charging port. The reason I’d come in is because the remote was no longer taking Thinking it was the battery. However, Doug soldered the wire as we attempted to put it back in the other wire became loose, and he soldered that as well informing me that the solder was rather flimsy to start. He told me to plug it in and see if it solves the problem. Lucky for me it did just that. I called back this morning to thank him profusely since my only other option was to buy a battery from another place that would take almost 7 to 10 days to arrive leaving me without a training collar the entire time. Even though he didn’t make a sale, he made a customer for life, I will 1000% be reaching out to them anytime I have a battery issue in the future.

Store messed up 2 separate motorcycle batteries. Took the first one home to see it was actively leaking battery acid. Called them and they prepped the other battery for a change out. This one seemed okay so I installed it only for the battery to put a small hole in my BMW battery box and drip a 2 foot circle of battery acid onto my cement floor within 15 minutes. Now I'm really getting tired of driving to the store to change out batteries, but they don't even have a replacement. There is one 9 miles away but they tell me it might be Tuesday before they get that one, it's Thursday at this point. I tell them that is terrible customer service and they don't budge, don't offer to pick it up or make any kind of accomodations. So I buy a lithium battery online and have my wife return the second battery. The employee behind the counter tells her there is nothing wrong with the battery and that it is not leaking acid. Butz the employee can't explain why the battery and the inside of the box is wet.

You have a bait and switch 10% discount if I ordered the 3 batteries online. Each battery was almost $500 and 10% off would be $50. Your 10% discount is capped at $30. So you flat out lie to people. I found another of your discounts for Seniors at 30% off and your store clerk found it in his computer. It too is capped at $30. Good business practice is not to lie to your customers.
