I had a bad tire and the guys took care of me at 6:30. I was out the door before 7:00. They educated me on what was wrong with my car. They were very professional and very honest. They only fixed exactly what I asked for and got me out the door with a great price. Good service is hard to find these days and these guys knock the ball out of the park!

You may want to avoid... let me explain: Took my car to my local Mitsubishi dealership. After the dealership did their 80 point inspection they said I needed new brakes, wiper blades, and a transmission flush. I know dealerships can charge more than the average price for services, so I shopped around and found Tires Plus. Their prices were great so I used them, but several things went wrong. 1. While performing the tire service my hubcap fell off and they could not put it back on, because they couldn't find the inner ring that attached the hubcap to the car. Rather than telling me or offering to replace it, they just placed the hubcap in my back seat and I had to ask them what happened to my hubcap and got a "oh yeah...about that". 2. Tires Plus tried to sell me new tires, claiming that my tires were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I didn't get the tires, but did go back to the dealership to ask them why they didn't tell me my tires were bad after they did their inspection. They looked over their report and looked at my car and said "because you don't need new tires. Your tires should be good for another 10k miles". 3. While driving home my wiper blades went flying off... don't really need to say anything more about that... 4. After all of this, I called Tires Plus to ask why they claimed I needed new tires when the dealership said my tires have another 10k. The employee I spoke to said that he could see on my service summary that new tires were suggested, but that the exact tread numbers were not listed, which he said is not usual. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. I was told they were not there and would call me later that day or tomorrow...That was 12.17.24... At best, this place has poor communication (not telling me about the hubcap, not documenting the reason for new tires, no call back from a supervisor). At worst, they are a sketchy auto shop that does poor work and tries to charge customers for services they do not need. I have no plan to come back to this shop and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. They are just too bad on too many levels.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the service technician was skilled with my type of car and its technical requirements. It was a detailed job but they got it done as quickly as possible while being professional. They estimated the cost and made sure that the repairs were within my expected budget.

I was driving from columbus to Cincinnati after brake drum replacement. On the way I started hearing rattling sound. So I pulled over and tires plus was about to close. Justin at front desk was still very curious and he had mechanics tale a look. Gabe apparently stayed back and identified the issue. Bolts for the braked had fallen off. Gabe was able to find the right size bolts and fix it right away. They made sure we were good to go within half hour. We were able to pick up our daughter from university of cincinatti and went back to columbus without a hith. Thanks Gabe and justin.

Incredible staff. Super helpful, kind and thorough. Really helped me out in a bind. I was from out of town about 4 hours away from home when I ran over a nail/screw when visiting Kings Island. They were able to get me in and out within a couple hours without an appointment. They were able to help me repair the tire which was incredible, because buying a new tire is expensive and would’ve been tough for me to afford. Their honesty and hard work overall really made my day and I was able to drive 300 miles home without any issues. I highly recommend this business and its staff.
