I brought my car in for an oil change and I thought I needed a tire rotation as well. I was greeted by Eli who was very nice. He checked me in and a short while later I received a video from Brad, who did my service. He informed me that the tire rotation was not necessary. It's been my experience at other places that a lot of times they will just try and find problems so they can charge you for them. I have had nothing like that happen at Jeff Wyler Nissan. I very much appreciate the honest inspection. Additionally I have never been in and out so quickly for an oil change at any other dealership. I always have a good experience here. Thank you!

I love Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. When i take my car in for service it is worked on immediately. Matt the service advisor is outstanding. He keeps you updated on what's going on and never tries to push services onto you that are not necessary. I drive from the Northgate Mall area to Kings Nissan because of there outstanding service.

The video of underside of car with oral explanation by mechanic was most appreciated when I found it on my phone. Very special thank you to my service agent who always goes over the final paperwork with me and explains when further work needs to be done in the future!

I usually love getting my car serviced here but it’s becoming an issue with the online coupons the techs are saying they can’t see. I went in and he said he didn’t see anything. Then acted like he did me a favor by making the price what it should’ve been. It was just frustrating when I get sent online coupons and schedule a service but when I get there they make it seem like I’m lying. I will say this place is usually amazing and get my car done fairly quickly.
