Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Recently had my oil changed here, and they did a fantastic job! They were very informative and helpful, and took the time to do things the right way. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicles here for all needs - they won’t disappoint!

Almost every clip for the dust cover was left off after the oil change. Didn't notice it until I was backing out of my girlfriends driveway and heard it scraping the tire. 112 bucks for an oil change, they should pay attention to details like that.

Was heading to another oil change place and came upon the Strickland Brothers business near Walhalla SC. Drove up to the door and an amazing young man, Ricky, greeted us, took our info, asked what kind of oil we wanted and guided us into the oil change bay. The team checked everything on our truck and a few short minutes later, we were out the door with a first time customer discount and the confidence that our work was done right because Ricky explained everything he and his teammate was doing and evaluating on our truck. The best automotive service experience that I have had in years....personal, competent and quick...They will get all my future oil change business!!

Fast friendly service. Sit in your car. Oil changes every where are way too high. Oil change with synthetic oil is around $110 dollars. I got the standard oil change. I had a coupon for 34.99. Regular is $44.99 The coupon price of $34.99 turned out to be $44.99 give or take a fee cents . 34.99 plus "special oil filter 4 more and supplies another 5. The last oil change was 60 something. They took forever. The manager came out and asked where are everyone to finally get them busy. Sitting in the car is the way to go. Strickland s is highly recommended.

Today I had my oil changed at the West Union location. The employee was very cordial and respectful throughout the time that I was there. I feel that I received a thorough check of my car and all fluids were checked and topped off. I used a $25 off coupon and it was honored without hesitation. My only complaint was the time that it took to get the oil changed. There was only one employee working the face to face part of the oil change and there were 3 other cars there at the same time. (If there was another employee helping Coty I never saw them.) Other than that, I would recommend this location.

1st customer of the day, and after waiting at the closed garage door to let them know they had a customer, they finally came out of the office and opened the bay. Service adviser said I had a taillight out, but when I checked it once I got home, there were no lights out. Also showed me my engine air filter and said it needed to be replaced, but having done automotive work on my own vehicles, I can say that it did NOT need to be replaced. Do NOT recommend this establishment.

Got my car serviced at the westunion store and I would like to give Corbin a review because he was very polite and thorough when servicing my car today. Also to his co worker I didn't catch his name but he to was very helpful today. Will be recommending to my family.

This is the best place I have ever gone too. I highly recommend this place. The manager Mr. Cothran was very respectful and professional and thoroughly explained what they were doing to my car and everything was done in a timely manner!!!! Definitely my new place to have my car worked on!!!!
