Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

These guys always do a great job. I appreciate the whole crew’s politeness and efficiency. Every time I come back in for an oil change they are always nice and make sure it’s done right. Jobs in this type of environment are often extremely hot, cold, and dirty and I’m grateful for these guys and the service they provide. They keep the facility clean and get everyone in and out in a timely fashion.

they were very nice and friendly and were quick with changing my oil. if it takes a long time it’s simply because of a line. not because of their skill. i would definitely recommend them.

They go above and beyond to make you feel satisfied. I had my oil changed at the valvoline place and Seneca. My truck wasn’t acting right so I stopped by. They found immediately found that the oil filter had not been changed. They replaced my oil filter no charged. We needed a place like you guys for a long time. Also the team is very nice and eager to please.

As with a lot of other people, money is tight right now. I need an oil change and I need to go to Strickland brothers. They are the best I have ever seen. Timothy was my hero today. He calculated what my cost was going to be, and then I was able to use a coupon that I had received through email. I was able to get my oil changed, even though my money was tight. They are the best. I love these guys over there.

Upon arriving things were fine. The guys seemed nice and one of them came to me and offered products at a discount price. 2 diff additives for $10 total. I agreed. I explained i was doing this for my husband and the same man proceeded to make comments that my husband was not much of a man for his wife having to take care of his truck in a flirtation manner. He then proceeded to put my hubby down for not having knowledge of vehicle care even after I defended my husband and explained. When I defended my husband again, he quietened and walked away. Another man proceeded to stand and stare at me. I felt uncomfortable and was ready to just leave! Then after I paid and left, I was really bothered. I should NOT have to defend my husband. The employees should NOT put a customer in that position or use their job as a hook up opportunity. ! My husband is a MARINE at that. I Then looked at my bill and realized I was charged way more for the additives from what I was told and agreed on! I'm still bothered by this and honestly wanted my husband to make an appearance for them to see how a real man carries himself. Regardless something needs to be done. Idk if it helps putting it on here but now I have to worry with our faces n names on here w my family

I took my husband's car in for an oil change. They recommended a few items that weren't originally planned for, but we could see the immediate need for. What impressed me was them both showing me and explaining why the items were recommended. It was clearly needed, no questions asked. What really impresses me is the military discount, and it's significant. I'm always impressed when a business rewards service to one's country. They have a huge sign advertising the fact. The staff were friendly and personable. I didn't feel talked down to, nor do I feel like I was an easy target to inflate the bill. Those things are admirable. Although we still have vehicles that we take to the dealership for work (for various reasons), we enjoy taking our civic to Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change. Once the other vehicles get a little older, we'll be taking them to them as well. Other pluses. I had zero wait.

I've NEVER been to a oil change business that doesn't check ALL YOUR FLUIDS, grease the fittings, check the doping in the front and rear differential. Etc... most even give you a quick vacuum. The young man that I was dealing with wasn't very knowledgeable as in what they actually do. I did get a (free lol ) air freshener. All they did was change my oil and filter. Less than half of what a oil change business NORMALLY does but cost twice the money. 160.00 for an oil change. GOOD LUCK with your business but NO SUPPORT from me. Thank

Unfortunately we won’t be back. Always went here for oil change and get the same thing every time with no issues. Went to get it changed and was told the oil I asked for would “blow my car up” because the oil is only for diesels… which is absolutely not true 😅😅 then got charged $90 for a lower grade synthetic oil mix I didn’t want. Very unfortunate
