We took our grandaughters car here. The people were great. The man explained what the car needed. We made an appointment to bring the car in for repairs. After the repairs were completed, we are sure our grandaughter has a safe and dependable ride.

I took a vehicle to Super Service yesterday to have three minor items repaired. The following day, I never received a phone call stating the work had been completed so I call them; they said all of the work was done. I picked the vehicle up, paid my bill and went home… I did not inspect the work until I got to the house. One of the three repairs that I paid for was not done at all. The other two repairs were completed however, when I open the hood, body pushpins and clips were just laying on top of the radiator, a small part was missing, and a piece of body molding was not even reinstalled close to how it should be. I took the vehicle back, and they did quickly correct the issues that were wrong, but had to order the missing part… if they had not had done this, they would’ve received only one star and not the two. I hope that others have received better service than I did, this was my first visit to Super Service Tire & Alignment and most likely my last…I cannot recommend them.

Just passing through thru the area and picked up a piece of metal in the tire. Put on the spare and rolled in to see if we could get it patched. They jumped right on it was able to patch it and get us on our way home. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Had a tire emergency and this place was the closest. Quick service considering how busy they were. Very friendly! If I lived in this area, they would have my business! Side note: we were almost 2 hours away from home...

I made an appointment for brakes and tire rotation. They were honest and told me I still had life in my brakes and took care of my tires without charge. As a single female, auto shops can be intimidating. I feel this shop is honest, reputable, and truly deserves recognition of being a company that represents a good moral standards.

Definitely not the way to start my Friday! I had an 8 AM appointment with super Service in Walhalla for an alignment and four tires. We sat there for FOUR HOURS!! I finally asked what was taking so long and how much longer it would be. The guy asked the lady at the counter and she made the snide comment of we should have asked sooner and that she wouldn’t have sat there for four hours without asking! Come to find out my car has been ready for 3 hours and NO ONE including the people in the office bothered to find out why we were still sitting there for four hours until I asked if my car was ready! That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! But they sure got their $1060 for my “service” today!

My friend and I went to have her brakes checked. Excellent service and excellent staff. They also have the most adorable gas pump gumball machine.
