I brought in my Tesla Model Y to get the tires changed, and the team was incredibly accommodating, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain my options clearly, especially considering the specific needs of an electric vehicle, and answered all my questions with patience, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, but they didn’t compromise on quality or attention to detail. What impressed me most was their customer service. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. My car is running perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance. We have been going to Tires Unlimited/Stress Free Auto Care for over 15 years (with multiple vehicles). The repairs and scheduling and customer service are excellent. They update with texts, fix what’s needed, get our cars back on time, and give a detailed inspection report about items that will likely need attention in the future, so we can plan. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

As always, I schedule my appointment online, therefore it is easy to do anytime I am available. The team always keeps me up to date regarding any upcoming services needed on my truck. Which, I so appreciate and can schedule the needed service at that time or a later time, if needed. I have 110% trust in the team, their knowledge and honesty. I have been a Tires Unlimited customer since 2000, much preferred over any auto dealership or any other auto shop or tire dealer. I have no concerns or reservations referring family, friends and/or colleagues for tires or service at Stress-Free Auto Care/Tires Unlimited.

I was impressed by how fast they fixed my car. I had 10+ problems, and the turn around date was ONE DAY! MAGNIFICENT! I have never had a fast service like that before. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask about the team member who was in the front desk name about his name, but he was amazing! He explained a lot about the car problem and how to a void it, I felt I am talking to a friend. I got a lot of advice from him on how to take care of the car! Thank y'all for your service!

So it is incredibly rare for me to leave reviews but I do believe reviews on auto shops/mechanics are super helpful since most people do not know much about cars and market prices. 1)I would like to start with good things, they are incredibly structured and organized. They make it easy to schedule, follow through. 2)As you can see in most reviews, they do have great lounge area with small free snacks and coffee. 3)As for the stuff that made me write this review and never go back there again. Most obvious one is their prices. I do not know why some people in reviews think they have fair prices (I assume they are comparing with other chain auto shops) but you can easily find a local shop that is half the price or less. And I’m not just throwing that ratio. They asked for $150 for alignment and another local tire shop charges $60 for it. (I’m not even going to discuss the $2000 suspension arm control that has $1000 labor). 4) This is not as big of a problem but they were also late, I was told I could get my car by 2pm which turned to 4pm (to be fully fair they let me know thay it was taking longer when they reached out) and it is fair since they get to see what needs to be fixed after they diagnose but I only got break fluid flush so… 5)They were supposed to change my gas tank cap too but later they told me the one they got didn’t fit and if I really want it, it would be delivered tomorrow. I’m surprised they didn’t know what they got until they tried and had to tell me that later. I can’t comment on the job they did because I told them not to do anything but the break fluid flush and I’d like to believe they are good at their work because of the labor prices I have seen. Anyway summary is if you want a fancy structured place with free snacks, this is your spot but I promise there are so many places with less luxury but better prices. P.S. they deserve more than 1 star but I think their rating is too high and needs to be balanced.

Though it’s truly impossible to be stress free (workers also have feelings!) it’s true this is the most stress free shop I’ve been to for my vehicle work. This particular location is conveniently located near the Valley Fair mall, its interior is situated with comfortable couches, work space, a coffee maker, and complimentary snacks. The work done on my vehicle was also met with a comprehensive overlook of other issues my vehicle has in the form of good, keep an eye out for, and urgently needing fixing. Instead of fear based language, pressure sales, or inhumane bias, the staff have been both generous and kind while also being professional and straightforward. They honor veteran discounts on some of their services (or products, can’t remember exactly). So good I’m coming back for my next fixtures!

Definitely one of the best alignment shops in the Bay Area. The entire team is very knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. Not only did they go over every detail of my alignment, the turnaround time was super quick without hindering the quality of work. After this experience, I plan to bring in my other car for an alignment. Oh and they give you a free license plate frame which in turns give you a discount on future repairs/worm. These guys definitely earned their 5 stars
